Hi guys I was wondering which one I should get, HeartGold or SoulSilver. People say that in HeartGold, you can get Lugia but in SoulSilver you cant get ho-oh. Is that true? Poeple say that heartgold has more stronger pokemons. Tell me your opinion?
Some Pokemon can only be found in Heart Gold, and some can only be found in Soul Silver. You find Lugia first at level 45, and then Ho-oh at level 70 if you're playing SS. Opposite way for HG. You get both no matter what game you play. Personally, I went with Soul Silver, because I used to own the original Silver. I'd recommend checking Serebii.net if you want to see the key differences.
its true u get both lugia and ho-oh in both games. a major differnce: u get groudon in SS and kyogre in HG

Win! I feel like everyone picks SS because of Lugia.. but you can get him in both games, albeit different levels >_> Plus I owned Silver all those years ago, and I'd rather not play the exact same thing again- variety is gooood
What?? Heart Gold has Arcanine D: darn, I am playing Soul Silver. But soul silver has ninetails... ninetails and arcanine are my favourite 1st gen pokemon... lol
Thats is how life is, man- you get Arcanine but you loose Ninetails(which I adore). As long as I can get my hands on a Dratini, later Dragonair- I'm happy (Dragonair is my all-time/generation #1 favorite pokemon)
