I have the spearow named Kenya but I don't know who to give it to and where? I've already past the 4th gym if that helps. i just want it outta my party

 

Did you do the in game trade? And couldn't just release that pokemon?

 

I don't know what you're talking about but I got the spearow from a character in the game and its holding a letter and im supposed to deliver it to someone

 

From crystal, might be the same

1)Go to goldenrod. go up and into the gateway.
2)talk to the guy on the left and he'll ask u to deliver a pokemon to his friend.
3)say yes. now go to violet and go right, through the gateway, and talk to the chubby dude next to the bitter berry tree.
4)give him the delivered pokemon(named kenya)and he'll read the mail.

 

Oh, I remember that, basically you got the Spearow from an officer that told you to give it to his friend. I don't know who though... but I think the guy lets you keep the Spearow afterwards.
