having trouble with r4 card

    please sumone help?????? i just got a r4 card and downloaded sum games onto it but it wont work it keeps on saying couldn't find _DS_MENU.DAT.............................please help me wot should i do??????????????

    Sigh... This is just too obvious. Download the latest kernel from R4ds.cn, unzip it and put the whole contents of the zipdirectory on the root of ur MicroSD. (root is the first screen you see when you open ur microSD folder. (mine is K:\)

    Edit: The zipdirectory contains a folder called English. Place the contents of that folder (not the folder itself) in the root of ur MicroSD folder.

    rsfury you should not discourage people like that. They may be new and you are setting a bad example for the romulation community. You were a noob once too.

    It's telling you that you are missing a file in your SD Card. The missing file is called "_DS_Menu.DAT" I think you missed it when you copied to your SD Card.

    Are you sure it's the right driver for the R4 card because there are differences between R4 and R4 III upgrades which requires other drivers! 8)
