Some of you here know that I follow the hacking & translation releases on RHDN (ROM Hacking Dot Net), I posted this because I'm kinda having problems with three ROM Patch hacks:

    1. The Legend of Zelda - A Link to the past - hack patch: Legend of Zelda - Parallel Worlds
Problem: After applying the Lunar IPS patch, game seems fine, excepr title screen is messed up

    2. Super Mario World - hack patch: Panic in the Mushroom Kingdom 1 & 2 patches
Problem: After patching, Game become unloadable

I know how to use LunarIPS & know to follow exactly what the readme files of these patches say & my "raw" ROMs aren't bad or corrupted files, so I think the problem is with the IPS Patch files, am I correct?

Some ROMs need to have really precise settings in my experience(headerless, de-interleaved, etc.)

Most readmes usually include the size the file should be too, so make sure that you check to see that its mostly accurate(I'd ignore if it was was a byte of 2 off myself).

This utility has saved me lots of trouble by being able to remove headers and de-interleave the ROMs whenever I needed to remove that sort of thing. Try it out and see what happens.

Thanks Reider, I know about adjusting ROMs to specifically what the readme says (ROM must be de-interleaved, ROM must be HiROM, etcetera), I do that a lot with translation patches, it's just that these three patches seem to have me baffled.

The Zelda patch is Awesome, it totally restructured "A Link to the Past", new story line, New dungeon lay-outs & a Link that has blond hair like in his recent looks & the game is supposed to be tougher.
