Having issues with Resident Evil 2/Tekken on my PSX

Hey everyone,

Hopefully somebody on here has had this same issue and can help me out. I tried to search out a similar topic put coudn't find any, if there is please somebody direct me in the right direction. I have a modded PSX and have the original games of all these I'm listing but are all too scratched to play anymore. Therefore I have tried to download these games and play the backup copy. I have been using UltraISO to burn the games and it seems to burn successfully but when I put them in my PSX they boot up and go to the memory card/cd player screen. To which I can't go anywhere from it. If there is something that I'm doing wrong please help me out. Thanks.

These are the games that I can't get to work:

Tekken
Tekken 2
Resident Evil 2
Mega Man Legends
Mega Man Legends 2
Need for Speed: V-Rally

 

Use a quality burning program like IMGBurn
Burn the CD Image (ISO, IMG, BIN, etc.) to a quality brand CD at 4x speed.
Don't just store the ISO onto the CD like storage, it has to be burning a copy of the CD using the Image.

 

and burn it to CD-R, not CD-RW.
