sorry to be the bearer of bad news but no such thing exists, Ive had the game about a year now ( well I did before I sold it to by an R4) and the only thing near to a translations is the guide featured on IGN which tells you what each mission for each level is. A patch that translates would probably mean someone having to be able to rewrite all of the text featured in the game somehow or something im not sure how its even possible. the more you play it though the more you get used to it. its a fun game but the thing that put me off it was having to do it all again on the second game "jump ultimate stars" just to get characters newer moves and also new characters like franky on one piece.
