harvest moon SI and advance wars

    i have problems regarding these 2 games. first off, for harvest moon sunshine islands, when i save, my game would randomly auto delete the files, so when im at the title screen, just the new game option appears. for advance wars, i cant seem to load the .sav file. im using a r4dsi chip, and i've updated to the latest firmware (i use the one on the r4dsi website) , and the latter problem still occured. i even re downloaded the advance wars rom but it didnt work.
