Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar - Inventory Issue

I downloaded the splash screened version of Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar with the intro supposedly unhooked via hex edit. Now I'm starting to wonder if the person who did this didn't mess something else up, or if this is just a common issue.

I'm playing this game on an Original R4 with Wood R4 v1.12.

The game starts up fine, my save loads fine, all of that is good. My problem is with the inventory screen. It will just randomly pop up with no prompt. It seems to be fine when I first start up, but the longer I play, the more frequently it happens. It isn't game breaking by any means, but is horribly annoying.

Is this a common issue, or am I just unlucky?

I think you missed a very important part of my first post:

 

Maybe you did something wrong with some of the hex edit codes.

 

Nothing wrong with his hex edits. The venom release is not working properly, even if you disable the intro. You'll just have to wait for a proper, clean dump. There are none out yet, afaik.

 

There supposedly is a clean version floating around. I was just wondering why nobody else seems to be having this issue. I guess something went wrong somewhere along the line between the dumping and me starting to play.

Maybe use Opera? It downloaded fine here.

Or maybe IE. never fails here. I only use it for downloading, though.

 

The problem is , I have nether had much problems with just downloading a game, Eiter it could be that the rom might need to be unpacked and repacked in anuther format like 7zip , Are it could just be my server as im using 3g network on a dolgle pen

i have a other issue with that rom on wood 1.12
i cant go to the area down and left of the farm and i already have the horse.
and i cant get the 40000 to 50000 i already got 52000 and 42000 g sells
