Harry Potter... Harry Potter is good because it has a pretty good story line, decent cliff hanger and because you like it ;D
I think the series is great. I'm also one of the few fans that doesn't whine and threaten to boycott the rest of the series when the filmmakers decide to cut out certain scenes from the books which don't really have a place in a film to begin with, or if they had to cut it for time and pacing reasons. Hell, I don't even complain when the film isn't exactly like the book, word-for-word. In fact, I think that was the only thing wrong with the first 2 movies. They didn't feel like film adaptations of those 2 books, they felt like film versions of them, especially since Chris Columbus was so very keen to adhere to the original dialogue of the novel. I also enjoy listening to the soundtracks and playing the video games. I can't wait to get a new DS so I can play "Half-Blood Prince"!
