Happy newyear! How do you celebrate?

Hey,

It is 20/12 12h25 here in Belguim and it is snowing like you english people would say: "It is raining cats & dogs".

First of all: Happy Christmas and a good 2010!

My first question is: Is it snowing by you at home? (not inside I hope )
Or is the sun shining?

And my second question is: How are you going to celebrate?

Me? With family (Like everybody, i suppose :-\)

So I hope to learn new christmas celebration ways!

 

It is snowing/snowed here.

I will not be celebrating new year, but I will be getting drunk nonetheless, with my family of course.

aww this is my favorite holiday!! since we don't get to celebrate xmas, new year's the best of all!!! we're going to celebrate it with my favorite... FIREWORKS!! A loud welcome to year 2010!!

Ugh, I hate New Year's Eve. A lot of idiots fire bullets to welcome the New Year here and last New Year's Eve, one went through our roof and landed on my parent's room :/ And I live in a fort where lots of people have access to guns. I love watching fireworks, but I hate the smog it causes. We don't have snow, unfortunately : (

Anyway, my family always celebrates New Year and Christmas by having a feast with our relatives.

 

i maybe will celebrate it with my friends or family in a BBQ and fireworks party, and some alcohols!!! can't wait till new year's eve lol

 

Hot Hot Hot! It is midnight but Hot.

Just watching tv. It's hard to go anywhere in New Year because of traffic jam.

I'll celebrate the way I do every year with or without friends and family. Getting insanely drunk 'til the next day and pass out around 1 in the afternoon.

 

We just have a New Year meal me call "Media Noche" which is actually Spanish for "midnight" once it hits 12:00 AM then we light several sparklers to greet the new year. We adopted a "no fireworks" policy after several relatives of our got minor injuries due to fireworks mishandling several years ago.

Also, last year I was logged onto RomUlation when it struck 12 AM here

 

^This basically. Probably at a bar too so I expect it to be loud and stuff.

 

Pssw! I bet once the clock strikes twelve your fists begin flying in all directions too as you start the "traditional" bar rumble

i probably be sleeping when the clock strikes 12.... i used to have fun during new year, but every year, it gets boring and boring...

 

Well, here in Melbourne it has been bright and sunny.
My family usually celebrates by going down to the beach to watch the city fireworks at midnight.

 

Sleeping.

3. get out of bed when parents gone
