hacking an original XBOX, can i get the know-how?

i'm going to be buying an original XBOX today, and i wanna know how to play pirated shit on it : can someone tell me what i need to do? i'd prefer something that requires no hardware changes.

 

Mod chip.

It can be softmodded but finding the files now is a pain in the ass, plus you have to have a action replay and a original copy of particular games and some used cannot be platinum hits plus not being able to connect to live to update the dash doesn't help matters any either. I ended up taking mine to a pro as he had everything that was needed on hand and was 30.00 and took him about an hour and I also hand him change the HDD from 10GB to 80GB so I could FTP the games over and not bother with burning discs.

 

damn....that really blows T_T i hate soldering, and plus i dunno how, so mod chip is out, i don't have an AR for it, they're impossible to get T_T and i dunno what the needed game is either! guess i'm fucked T_T

 

if you scour the internet you may still find a site that sells solder-less chips for the original Xbox, they're pretty much plug and play once you open it up and fight with the insane amount of metal shielding thats in those things. as for the soft mod, it was a pain in the day so doing it now has gotta be worse like Thasaidon said. also, while you're looking for the chip you might search about changing the HDD too.

 

Ain't there in your place sold consoles already moded in original shops like here?
Cuz if they sell, it will be cheaper than buying a original one and buying a mod chip and hiring a tech to install it for you.

You can softmod an xbox 1 without buying a single thing.
