so...what i dont understand is sometimes when i only need one tile to win, and i draw that tile, it wont let me use it. i dont understand that rule. i know that game is japanese mahjong based, and honestly im used to chinese mahjong. so can someone explain that rule to me? why cant i draw that tile? its driving me nuts cuz im stuck on level 4...
