Guitar Hero grip in combination with Roms

    I am considering to buy the Guitar hero grip for my NDS. There are three games out now, too expensive to buy them all. I was wondering if the grip will work in combination with roms. If I download a guitar hero rom will the grip work? Or is it possible to make it work with additional software? Or is it not possible and all and can you only play any guitar hero game for NDS with only original games? Can someone please help me out?

    Please note: I know there is also the option download the roms and make them work with the regular buttons. I am not interested in this option.

    Yes the Grip device should work fine with the ROMs without the need for any patching.
