    Ok.

    Download AKAIO 1.5.1 from here.

Download the AKAIO loaders from here.
Download the loader for the card that you are getting.

Put the contents of the AKAIO 1.5.1 rar file onto your Micro SD card.

Then, unzip the loader zip file that you just downloaded and put it into the /_aio/loaders folder. You can delete all of the loaders that are already in that folder as you don't need them and they are most likely outdated.

Then make an NDS folder on your card and transfer all of the NDS roms into that folder and you're ready to go. :)

    Just in the NDS folder.

You can then create other folders on the Micro SD card that holds the SNES, Genesis, GB/GBC, and NES roms. :)

Make separate folders for each emu, and put all the roms in the corresponding folder.

    EXAMPLE:

    Genesis(folder)
    JEnesis(emulator)
    Sonic3.gen(game

    SNES(folder)
    SNESDS(emulator)
    The legend of Zelda.smc(game)

    Hope it helps :)

Try again or try reformatting the Micro SD card.

What exactly is the error that you are getting?

Your computer should have multiple USB ports, the same this happened to me a few days ago, and I plugged it into a new port and it was fine.

What is your Operating System (i.e. - Windows 98/XP/Vista/7)?

And do you have the correct drivers installed on your computer to make the SD Card Slot to function properly.

If you use Windows 7, it should be automatic.

Also, you may have disabled autoplay somehow, so, it might be working but Windows just doesn't notify you.
