Guess what, I did it again.

    Yes, I did it.

I was copying some ISOs over tru and fro from my Memory Stick which is connected to the computer. And yes, while cancelling something, I pulled it out, and it asked me to format it. That's fine I guess, but after formatting, I open the folder and find nothing, thats fine too. So I format my memory stick from the PSP itself this time, and when I plug it back to the computer, it shows nothing when it should show the PSP folder and all that. Any way to help me in this case?

    PSP 3004, 5.03 OFW (Since I formatted)
    Formatted in FAT32.

Don't you know what formatting is supposed to do?

Doesn't formatting deletes everything in it?

    Yes, he did.

    Yes, it does. :p

You could possibly just make the folders.

So, it's not even adding the folders since you formatted on the PSP?

I don't know how a 3000 operates, but I know that it is different in the folder setup...perhaps trying it again and seeing what happens?

The last time I formatted my PSP, it gave me the PSP Folder, Video folder and all that. But now it doesn't

Isn't it possible to just add the folders manually?

I had kind of the same problem with mine, the VIDEO folder didn't show, I added it manually, and put the videos in, works fine.

For one, I'm not sure if it would run properly, there might be system files that I can't create myself.

    Hmm..... you're right.

On further inspection of my own PSP, there's a SYSTEM folder inside the PSP folder that has an ISOCACHE.BIN file.

    I'm thinking that's important.

    Damn.

Other than that, all the other folders are just empty. (Not counting the files I put in them myself.)

Well, all I can think of is just try again. See what happens.

I've tried countless times, but to no avail.

Have you tried using a different memory stick?

WOW... The magic power of "leave it alone for awhile" worked once again! I got the files inside now...
Thank you to all who tried to help

Happened last time, when my computer couldn't even read the memory stick. Left it alone for a day, and it worked...
