GTA: chinatown wars swirling dots??

There are some blue swirling dots in GTA chinatown wars, and when you walk ore drive into them nothing happens. Can't figure out what they're for? i've searched on google and some other people are wondering about these blue dots to, but i can't get a clear answer for why they are there..

 

It was answered somewhere on these forums.

After you beat the game, they turn into something special.

Edit:
The Blue Swirls: At the end of the game, 2 Golden Lions will randomly appear at the blue swirls. Catch them, then go online and upload your stats to the Social Club, and you will get 2 Bonus Missions!

They are Xin missions

 

who da hell is xin???

 

Xin is the twin brother of Ling(?) and can only be met if you get the lions of fo and upload your stats on rockstar social club (wifi)
