GTA: Chinatown Wars Help

    I have an Acekard 2i with AKIAO 1.5, updated loaders, cheat databases, everything. When I click the game, i make a new file and some cheats work while others do. If i save and turn it off then back on, the game will not load. So my problem is that some cheats work and some don't and if i try to load it, the game doesn't load. Can anyone help? Thanks

    The prepatched rom there doesn't work and I don't get what to do to patch it
