Hello all. I have just stumbled upon this site while ROM searching through Google and I was impressed so I decided to register. Nice place you have here!

I am new here but I am not new to forums, gaming, emulation or that sort of thing. Emulation has been a prime pastime of mine for about 12 years now, and I have been a gamer since the days of the Atari VCS (showing my age now!) But with age comes experience and knowledge, and by that token I am always happy to provide advice and assistance to those new to the emulation scene.

    Anyway, greets!! ;D

Great to have you here M A R. Like you I'm also from the era of the Atari VCS. I even had an Odyssey. Seeing games and systems change and improve over all these years is quite an experience. I remember when all we had on the screen to control were a few colored squares......now some games are almost photo realistic. Games now are visually impressive and innovative, but nothing will ever replace the great games of yesterday. I'm glad to have you here, and I hope to see you in the forums.

I too am a retro gamer, I only started with the FamiCom but had played several games on a friend's Atari2600.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy everything RomUlation has to offer you.

Thanks for the kind words guys! I feel at home already!

Indeed things have certainly changed since the good old days, I have many fond memories of controlling just a few colored squares...that said... Adventure, anyone? ;)

Looking back at improvements in gaming over the years has certainly been an entertaining experience, to that end I've found I always look forward to the next all-singing, all-dancing, next-gen gaming experience to be thrown our way, but however mind blowing it is I still end up going back to the roots! Retro forever!!
