    i have a patched chinatown wars for my r4 and i need action replay cheats since im a noob

    2 ways. GBAtemp, or google. or google GBAtemp. ur choice.

    Get usrcheat.dat from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/ You will mostly need to change the GameID as the ROM has been patched, so simply find the game entry in the database using the R4CCE (google) program, and click the ... button next to the GameID display, load your .nds file, it will load the GameID, and then save the usrcheat.dat, and have it in your _system_ folder in your firmware.
