Grand Theft Auto - Chinatown Wars flamethrower freeze problem.

    hi i am using DSTT v1.17a12 for original R4 and whenever i use the flamethrower on the unpatched version of chinatown wars, my game freezes. I have tried both US and EU version but still i cant use the flamethrower on any of them. I am using the original R4 card but i dunno maybe its a fake card since only bought it recently. Is this the reason why the game freezes? Anyone has a solution?

    With kernal v1.18 on R4 original and the pre-patched rom, are use arm7 with DSATM to patch the rom your self, Dose it still have that freeze problem at that point in the game?

    Thanks for helping, but i'm not really familiar with these things. Could you tell me how do i get arm7 with DSATM?

    Oh and do i still get to use the cheats if i patch the rom myself?

    It would be easyer to look for a pre-patched rom
