    Also, if the movie and music industry were to just offer more services and not make such shitty music and movies, maybe I wouldn't pirate them.

    They're a plaintiff and as such are not obliged to do so.

    Google, being a third party filing a brief, cannot be seen as acting in its own self-interest when making the submission.
