I've only had one problem and that was because i bought memory sticks for my psp from there... I know my fake shit, but honestly buying from stores with high ratings, reading the complaints and going by your gut helps. Shame I pay top dollar for what I buy...but what I buy is rare, waiting for my no more heroes 2 hoppers edition (collectors edition basically-japan only) to arrive, the store sent the last item (a no more heroes erotica comic ) as decribed and quickly... It's the sellers, not the site it's self that's bad, and private sellers are 50/50 shit house compared to established shops.
