Good God,what the hell is wrong with Duke Nukem?

Has anyone else noticed that ever since the problem with DN Forever,there hasnt been a DN game to be able to release?

Duke Nukem D - Day: Canceled
Same with Duke Begins.
And a few others..

And now,the first of the DN Trilogy,Critical Mass isnt coming out so far.Soposed to come out last september,since then,it didnt come out,and Apogee hasnt said a word about it..

true, but didnt another company buy duke nukem because of this?

 

Critical Mass for the DS is still slated for the end of September and is being made by a company called Deep Silver.

Also, 3Drealms seems to still be very much intact. Although the Duke Nukem Forever team had to be let go back in 2006, looking at their website, there is still some Duke Nukem stuff underway.

3D Realms downsized in 2009 but are still operating, and there is still a battle going on between them and Take Two over Duke Nukem Forever which I would assume is what is causing delays and some what cancellations of their games as they are spending it with the lawsuits.
