Mario Kart and Warcraft TD have good story lines? >.> I enjoyed Castelvania: Portrait of Ruin, infact...all of the castlevania series have pretty good stories =p Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is decent, and I don't see Chrono Trigger on that list, you should really try that one as well =p

If you can play japonese , "Death Note Kira Game"(founable at Romulation) has a really good storyline... Maybe it has a translation patch too Ummm... If not japonese , Dragon Quest...
