hmm... i use the armax cheat editor and the animal crossing map editor. unfortunately i have yet to try homebrew. sorry if this post is pointless XD

i remember downloaded some drum simulator.. (no not taiko lol) but all it did is to hang at the loading screen of some dude in long hair with his drums ??? yet to see any nice one before... gonna try irc on DS once i get my wireless fix
The art app. "colours" is pretty good. It reminds me of an okekai(sp?) board where you can actually play-back the steps that lead to the completion of your masterpiece.
Not a working one that I know of. The DS doesn't have enough RAM natively to be able to cache pages. It's supposedly slow even this the real Opera browser too.
well DSorganize is nice- but most people know that one try these: -Dsorganize -Whee! DS -Weather DS -maps (i think) of giaia and tons more- google "cool DS homebrew apps"
