i've got a question. when will golden sun ds will be
uploaded here ? and will need an ap-patch ?

 

When it comes out in stores, Which won't be for a long time.

It most likely will have AP, but we won't know until it comes out.

 

The release date hasn't even been announced, but it will most likely be out late 2010.

 

i thought the release for the us was 16.04.10

That's also just a placeholder date, so far it's only coming out in 2010, no one knows the real date.
