Golden Sun Dark Dawn issues

    ive looked on the actual thread about this [(http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=50313.msg1157653#msg1157653)] but there seems to be no mention of compatability on either thread in regards to the ttds, i have the most up to date firmware (1.17a12) and yet i still get the load rom errcode=-4 (piracy i presume)

    anyways if anyone knows of newer firmware (last one came out like a year ago =(.....) for the ttds that works, id be grateful. thanks for the help

    I don't play GS:DD, so can't help you on that issue. But to answer your second question;

    *Basically all you need to do is download that latest DAT package from Retro found in page 1 of iluvupaburger's topic, replace the extinfo.dat, infolib.dat, savlib.dat, ttpatch.dat and r4patch.dat so that your version be up to date. Only the extinfo, infolib and occasionally the savlib gets updated by Retrogamefan. All the rest are almost untouched. So in future just concentrate on replacing those 3 .dat files.

    This isn't piracy. The thing happened to me because the game hadn't been included in the info.lib or something like that. TTds firmware def. doesn't end at a year ago though, check prectorian's link out.

    thanks a lot prectorian, currently im transferring GS:DD back to the sd card and checking out if it works with the newer firmware =). the last site i checked only had 1.17 from 12/10 so =).

    offtopic: dont really know how much im gonna play it tho lol, found dawn of heroes which is awsome bc its quirky, but nonetheless thanks a ton for the help
