Wait, the Camera doesn't work or the actual game doesn't work? The game should work because this was made in November, in Europe and Japan, and only for Europe and Japan.

I Mean Just the Camera,The game works but the camera boots to when its just about to intilize then i jumps back to the XMB and in the game it just stays at Insert Camera

Okay, maybe the USB-Mini insert is dirty? Maybe the camera or the game is faulty? Try using USB mode on your PSP to make sure that works. Then clean the camera and the game, and try again. I don't see what is wrong, As I have played the game before.

i can run the game if i have 6.10 firmware installed but i want a Prx or a RCO to spoof the check of version on the new camer so i can use it on 5.50 Gen-D3

As mikeac said here you need to do is put version.txt onto the root/main bit of your psp download it from:
(Note: It take 30 secs to load the download url)

Lol, you used a PRX dumper. What would it matter? Most custom firmware have the 9.90 version.txt as soon as you make it in the recovery menu.

The GEN developers know about this and were trying to fix it for their GEN firmware. But they haven't been successful.
