I'm currently loving Marianas Trench. Anyone know any similar bands? I like rock but not a fan of metal, hip hop or screaming. I already have hedley, faber drive, ten second epic, my favorite highway, amber pacific, saving abel and etc Oh and I also like singers with 'sandpaper' voices such as rise against, hinder and nickelback xD
Do you like sort of bassy jazz with some grime/hip hop? I like a japanese DJ called 'Deckstream here: a mix of different songs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBgqx861XWA
Not generally a fan of hip hop of sorts. I prefer the sounds of guitars and pianos xD kinda why my taste is more or less limited to acoustic and rock. Though there are some pop or ballads that I like. Thanks anyway xD (oh and I forget to mention, not much of a fan of R&B =P)
Dang, there goes 90$ of my suggestions. Your obviously not into hard core techno...um...paramore? They ain't bad
Paramore's alright but not sure why I don't really like em that much. But yea, you're on the right track. And if it helps, I also like, no make that love, scorpions and bon jovi. But anything that can make me love music like marianas trench would be great ^^ they are just freakin awesome xD
All the bands you listed are quite.. quite.. something. The Cribs, Modest Mouse, Mint Chicks, Kaiser Chiefs, Los Campesinos (bold because they're so freaking awesome with the exception of their new CD). If you want similar shit you might like Simple Plan.
The Cribs, Modest Mouse, Mint Chicks, Kaiser Chiefs, Los Campesinos.
almost perferction but the Kasier Chiefs are full of shit. I'll add: Local Natives, National, Delphic, Spiritualized, The Hives, Dirty Projectors, Errors, Massive Attack.
I don't like their first and third CD, they have a couple gems on the second CD (definitely not Ruby, what a trash song). I'll say The Hives too, they're great.
I use torrents, look it up on google, you'll probably find a couple like piratebay or isohunt. Limewire or whatever they use now sucks compared to torrents.
To find anything on the internet, google the following: site:sitename.com searchterms Replace sitename with MegaUpload, Mediafire, Rapidshare, whatever. Replace the search terms with an artist, album, song, and any variation.
With torrents, you can pick out the songs you want on the album unless it's compressed in a zip or rar file.
Bleahs, never liked those sites. Everytimed I tried to download something an error pops up saying exceed daily limit or something. Thanks xD
