Getting games to go to flashcard

When i first joined this site i quickly learned that i had to extract the files to convert them into NDS games to put on flashcard but i've not downloaded any games for ages & have tried tonight, the game is going to where i want to save it & looks like it doesn't need extracting but when i put it on card it there in the folder but not showing up when in the nintendo ds. Has something changed on the site? or do you think its just the game?

All NDS downloads here are RAR files. So you have to extract them. I don't know what you mean by "looks like it doesn't need extracting" but if you downloaded it from Romulation it needs to be extracted

 

When it needs extracting it looked like a wee computer or something like that & i extracted the games no probs which then looked like a box with 1 corner turned down & other box inside with colours on it. (sorry no good at computer lingo) anyway its just saving as that wee box & when i highlight it & go to file to extract, "extract here" isn't there. Hope this helps a bit.

I usually just open the rar file, then extract it straight to my flashcart, have you tried that?

 

I'm not getting any rar file up or "extract here" so how would i go about that coz i aint got a clue

u must download winrar to be able to extarct rar. files

 

Thank you, winrar downloaded..............totally forgot i'd had bug in comp & it had been rebooted & everything lost, so thanks got prob sorted now.
