getting a fully patched version of this game

sup guys i know its my first post ive been quite the lurker before now but i have decided to exit the shadows to ask a question

my computer is a shared one and i do not have Admin privlages nor the right to use the command prompt. so therefore i cannot use this patcher.
i would tremendously like to play this game with the patch, version 4 or any version for that matter. so long as i can read some of the item names im good!

if anyone would be kind enough to provide me with a patched rom (anti freeze and translation) i would be extremely appreciative.

if you cant and i have made an error in assuming i can ask this please lock this topic and tell me otherwise.

I updated the information and download sticky, it now includes prepatched roms
