Getting a 502 Gateway Error when accessing RomUlation

    I'm not sure if something's up or it's just the admins fixing stuff but last Wednesday evening (local time) I was unable to access both the main site & the forums & was continually getting the "loading page at romulation.net has timed out" error. And tonight there were a couple of hours where I can't access yet again but this time I got the "502 gateway error". So I just wanted to ask if these were merely scheduled maintenance down times or not?

    Having the same problem too. Kept getting Gateway 502 error, time outs, can't post any replies, can't send PM, etc.

    As far as I know, everything SHOULD be fixed

    I hope so, maybe its just a temporary server hickup.

    It started with a time out ... then RomU came back up but you couldn't do any actions that made changes to the database... later you could post but not eg: see the latest posts... (db error) then the Gateway problem came... and after that EVERYTHING was solved.

    So that is what happened for those who wonder. (This is everything what I know of it ;) )

    Testing 1-2-3... OK! Yesterday, I visited here and is OK except I got this when posting any messages...

    Same. Hopefully the admin's can find out the cause and prevent it in future occasions.

    i had that same error i taught romulations was down :p
    ah well everythings back to nomal now
