Get rid of 'New Replies to your posts'

I love the feature, it's cool, It helps me stay on top of threads that I am continually posting in, but I have one problem.
I want to get rid of some threads that it updates with (The ones with multiple posts per day)
Like the forum games and such, Every time I go on the new replies page, they're always there, so I have to filter through which ones I wanna look at, and which ones are just the constant updates that I posted in one time.

Tl;dr: I wanna remove threads that are updated into my show new replies to my posts section

I don't really get "You have 50 new replies to your post" in the Spam Thread. Probably because I post too much over there.

But I don't really find it a bother. I just click reply, then once I'm back in the main post I look around for stuff relating to me, then I just edit my post.

 

I thought you can disable that feature?

I never get it.

 

I don't want it gone completely I just want some of the spam thread ones or the forum game ones to be gone, because after posting in the mods vs users thing once or twice, I don't wanna see it every 4 minutes with a new update.

 

Just refresh your page before replying.

 

I mean,

In the thread, Refresh, then look at the new replies, then reply.

You're thinking of when I go to post it will say that somebody else has posted before me, I mean next to your name, there is a "Show new replies to your posts." link, not when posting in a thread

That, not when i'm in a thread and a new reply has been posted before I post my reply, like you were thinking of.

But that doesn't even take a quater of the screen. Why would you need to remove that?

Alright, so when you click "Show new replies to your posts" you get this:

Spam thread, What are you doing at the moment, would you kill the person above and seven more.

Well, what Batman is saying is that he enjoys this feature, but he's tired of seeing "would you kill the person above" and instead of it constantly being added to his "show new replies to your posts" he wants it removed from there permanently. Which at the moment cannot be done. Understand?

Haha thats exactly what happen to me... I get alot of thoes, but this is what I did.. I stop posting in the spam threads such as games and jokes, never again shall I ever! post in a thread named " OBJECTION" or " Would you Kiss the Avatar above you" ohh and lets not forget the dreaded "." thread, yep.. just don't ever post in thoes trap threads.

However, if a feature to remove thoes threads that you, or me posted on permanently be on this site, I would be more then happy to post in a thread named "would you kill the poster above you" I would kill the user that started that thread, but lucky for me, some of thoes threads have died down.

Also, while on this topic..

No I do not need sigs anymore.. I needed one back when it was first posted on Friday January 01, 2010, 06:22:48 PM, and No I do not want to play the three word game anymore, and I definitely, don't want to be informed with new replies on what your avatar would do to mine...
