I downloaded several roms but getting errors about corrupted files. for example this rom Corrupted file: The Sims 3 (U).rar Name: the sims 3 usa RomUlation Link: https://www.romulation.org/rom/Wii/The-Sims-3-U.rar WinRAR version: 5.2 Any errors you recieved during extracting: No error during extracting I used Firefox with flashgot and flashget to download the rom. Can you check if something is wrong. I also have this with other roms.
What archiver/extraction program are you using? Do know you'll need WinRar 5.0 or higher to avoid these kinds of corruptions during the extraction process.
If there was no error during extracting, the file is not corrupt. if it's not playable that's the fault of the emulator/method used to play the rom, not the rom itself.
I got the error when i try to mount or burn the iso file. Everything I try it's keep saying that the iso file is corrupted.
using chrome, with and without a download manager, PS2 Backyard wrestling, both games, tell me the archive is corrupt. winrar 5.2. and now it insists I still have active downloads with nothing coming down
This must be a problem regarding the emulator. this problem can be solved by any admins, wait for loonylion or seph to see this.
I suggest you create your own topic for the PS2 iso extraction issue under TECHNICAL HELP section, but before that test downloading using other browser too.
