I have format my PC for third time, after installing Windows XP, the message 'Ask for Genuine Microsft software' appears, but before this there is no message like that, and I use the same disc. Why can be like this? What actually happened? Help me...

you must disable that thing and install updates yourself...download Win XP SP3 from Microsoft. It's free ...burn the image to a CD and you're ready to go :) ..just run the cd and update....it's not a fresh install , it's an update, remember that. DON'T install from scratch because you don't need to...just use your normal windows and put in the CD...wait for the autoplay and run the update :)

When you registed with MS,details of your pc are logged to validate your copy.So if I like reformat my Laptop MS detects its going on the same machine,so no problem. But if I try to load it to another pc,a counterfeit copy is detected-when I go onto MS for updates. They want you to install WGA tool, that is one of the 1st updates they throw at you.

I believe you can use XP pro-corporate without any problems as long as you dont install WGA tool.

yes you should reformat. overwriting can cause problems further down the line.

Also this is not the place to discuss pirate software, so locked.
