Sorry if this has been brought up before, I dont check the forum all that much. I was wondering if there were some way to moderate what genres are picked for roms a bit better? Sometimes there's nothing at all, and other times it seems people have a very loose idea of what one is. For example: Mario Hoops on the DS is listed as a strategy game, and Steel Horizon is tagged as Cards. Brain Age is a digital novel, and Polarium is a shooter simulation. I generally cross reference stuff so I know what to look for before I come here, but it makes browsing a little annoying when a game I'm looking for is mislabeled (if at all), whereas Nintendogs is a strategy game.
I thought you could "report" and genre by clicking on it. I know you could before, and thought you still could.
Users, I believe. Seems that this feature may have been disabled. Seph or Loony will have to verify it, I'm not 100% sure.
I just can't find the options anywhere to add or report genres, so I guessed it had been disabled somewhere
