The text isn't quite right. Oh, and your background doesn't have anything of note at the sig focal points. The render could have been shrunk further, then placed so that head centers at a point about 15px higher and 15px to the right of his unblurred eye. As it is, I suggest moving the text up to the center left to offset the weight of the render and changing the font.
