GEi update Problem

    i downloaded the 1.4 update from the OFFICIAL website then i extracted it to the SD card then tried the update but here comes the problem....
    my ds Freezes at the "Press Start to update firmware" screen.. i tried to press the Start button several times i even tried to hold it for TWO whole minutes! but nothing happens .... so please help BTW my GEi Firmware is at 2.1 :D

    yea even i hav de same problem looking for bout a month for da solution. will inform u if i hav found a way

    are you using a dsi? if so what type of system firmware is your dsi?

    If he can boot it he uses a firmware the card supports.

    Maybe you ran the update before?

    actuallly i didnt ever updated my card to 1.4 nor 1.4.1 and i'm using a ndsl i hav to update it becuz the new update which 3.0 supports only the crad which was upgraded to 1.4.1 which is not working for me

    I've solved it by:

    Before I press the start button, I plugged off the GEI Card, then plugged it back in & pressed the start button.
    It worked, however, after it finished updating, it said "Failed to update".

    So I don't know how to fix the "failed to update part".
