No, this is not a question of how to play GBA games on the NDS but what i wanna ask is:

Is it possible for you brilliant hackers to change a GBA rom to an NDS rom? I mean like not changing the whole game but just make it compatible to the system.

    Just thinking out loud...

    Sorry if it's : a noob question.
    in the wrong section.

That would take too much time and I don't think anyone would want to.

I mean, you'd have to change the inner workings and everything of the GBA rom.

I guess so...but think about it, if some genius were to create a converter of some sort, that would be so awesome haha :D

    That's why I have a PSP.

    I know. :p

But to recode the entire game to NDS would seriously take thousands of hours of experience game coders.
There is no way that anyone would want to do this.

    Edit: wrong thread sorry.
However to be on topic, I will say this.

You could buy a 3in1 and use that along with your slot 1 card (if you have one. If not, you'll need that too) and then you can play the GBA games on your NDS anyway.

Just hang on and see what happens.

This doesn't spell the end of RomUlation.

Sorry, I was looking at this thread and I was making a thread regarding this, and I got distracted and switched the tabs.

And yes, it does pretty much mean the end of Romulation. Think about it. Most people were here for the NDS roms. Now the NDS roms are gone, they will leave in search of another site. Then the forums wills lowly empty. This is probably the end.

Just incase you haven't read it yet, try going to the NDS rom section now.

Oh, I know about it. :p

But this doesn't spell the end unless Seph says so.

Aw, crap... Romulation is my best source for roms :'(
I guess now I'll just have to randomly google for it :(

    Correct.

I know the many of us regulars to the spam thread will remain, or retreat back to facebook/irc and spam away XD

Heck, we have more than bloody ds games to share!

Don't be daft, sure we don't host DSi enhanced games, but we still hold alot...

And once the 3DS is cracked, prehaps...romU might get back on track.

Or possible another console would be added

It's not impossible per-say, but it would be hard to do.
