    I was wondering if there's a mod or something so that I can play GBA roms on my R4 for my NDS.

    no there is not :( but there is a gbc emulator for the r4 it is called lameboy ;)

    You can buy the EZFlash 3-in-1, which'll run you about 20 bucks. Search for it on google and see if it's right for you.
