gba rom: 0617 - Magical Quest Starring Mickey & Minnie

    There seem to be a problem with the & in HTML code... can't get the ROM file, the message is "No such file" when opening the page https://www.romulation.org/downloads/fetch/866/

    But the link in the ROMS list is still wrong, it sends to the page "0617_-_Magical_Quest_Starring_Mickey_&_Minnie_(E)_(M5).rar.html" that doesn't exist.
    I got the right page and the download by typing in the address bar "0617_-_Magical_Quest_Starring_Mickey_&_Minnie_(E)_(M5).rar.html" but other users could not find a way to get it.

    (sorry about not mentioning it yesterday)
