    No.

EDIT: I'm bored, so have more info, on the house.

You can have them on your microSD card, but unless you have a slot-2 flashcart such as the EZFlash 3in1, you won't be able to do anything with them.

    You could-but not as is.

You will need a "ezy 3 in 1" flash card (it goes into your gba slot-it acts as rumble-internet exapnsion memory and allows gba play by booting it from the edge card and into that).

And as tehuber said, you can keep them there, but without the ezy 3 in 1, it's a waste of space.

At least you don't need firmware or software if you do this.

I'm curious, why haven't they made a slot 1 thing that can play Gba games? Whenever I try to search the answer I just get the answer, "You just can't."

    because it's a technical impossibility.

    1. The GBA hardware inside the DS works very differently when the DS is running in DS mode
1a. Natively playing GBA games becomes impossible
1b. The DS is not powerful enough to emulate the GBA
    2. The speed at which data can be read from slot-1 isn't high enough
2a. The DS does not have enough RAM in which GBA roms can be cached

    I think that's about right.

Yes you can. Not necessarily very well, but...it's possible.
