    Hello,

Grateful we are with the NDS ROMS for our R4. The games are in good condition and working.
    Our questions about GBA ROMS.

    1. Is there a possibility to play the GBA ROMS with our R4 on the NDS.

    2. What do I need to do to make sure these games work on the NDS.

Thank you for answering to this nitwit.

    1) No

    2) You need a slot 2 flashcart such as Ezflash 3-in-1

    That's the correct one.

@yoshi-please stop jumping all over the place-I noticed your confusing matters just a tad-post if your first or if you see a wrong anser-but if it's someone of a high rank (ie 4 star or a mod) then they would be better at the matter of hand.

Actually, there is a way to run GBA games off Slot-1 devices, but you need an additional Slot-2 plugin for it to work. It's far more sensible to just grab a Slot-2 device for playing GBA games, to be honest.

That was an already stated fact by looney.

    Uh... no.
I was pointing out that the answer to Q1 is, in fact, incorrect. It's possible to run GBA games off Slot-1 devices, if you get a special Slot-2 plugin.

I then went on to say that, instead of getting this Slot-2 plugin, you should just get a Slot-2 flashcart, as mentioned in Q2.

    Oh jesus...

I use an acekard combined with an ezy 3 in 1 flash card to play them.

The games are on the SLOT 1.

And the device attached enables play.

The only other way is the iplayer's emulator.

Which is a totally different device.

What 'plugin" are you talking about there?

Now that I've actually tried to officially claim such a device exists, I can no longer find any trace of it on the Internet. I believe it was available in a bundle with the R4 clone I foolishly purchased - I didn't actually get the device, though, since I already had a SuperCard Lite for all my GBA needs. Hmm.

No, that's incorrect, you still use the slot-2, you just get to keep the ROMs on your slot 1 flash cart and have it in the same interface. It still uses the slot 2 cart and as such you're really playing it off of that.
