gba and ds flash cartridges

    does any one know of a good budget gba /ds flashcard and rom ripper set?

    Rom ripper, haha. See http://www.gbatemp.net/. Older methods to dump ROMs are a certain kind of NDS/GBA linkers which barely anyone know about, or just get a Slot 2 flashcart to dump via wifi, or set up a server with a download station to download that way.

    i meant a kit that not only dump the roms to the flash card, but also lets you copy your savedata. the roms i can get no problem. also the flashcard should hold 1 rom at a time and run the rom like a normal gamd(gba upload pokemon to diamond/pearl)

    Dumping to the Slot 2 flashcart you mean. There's a few Slot 2 homebrews which allow you to extract and reinsert save files, to real cartridges, which some people do for Pokemon D/P battle contests in America.
