Games with the best use of mic..

Any ds games which uses the mic the best?

That's like asking "What person kicks you in the groin the best?"

Having to use the mic on the DS for anything is like getting your teeth pulled out.

yelling objection in public place is really something to look forward to.....

Pokemon, so I can trash talk people while I 6-0 them.

 

band hero singing is all microphone even though i doesn't recognize a lot of your words so it's not great.

guitar hero, when you have to blow out the fire in duo mode and shouting out "rock on" to star power

 

Try Nintendogs.... You use the mic to give comands to your pet dog like sit, stand, roll over, etc....

 

I've tried Nintendogs.. it hardly understands my word..

The World Ends With You integrates the use of the mic through battle. Never expected that. Yeah, in Ace Attorney you could yell OBJECTION! but, it'd be abit suss to suddenly yell at your DS Screen lol I tried it a couple times for fun though

 

the consol one doesnt either. its just pitch. i assume the ds one is based on input velocity or something.

probably the most mic extensive game out there for the DS!

 

Nobody's mentioned the yelling part in Phantom Hourglass? That was fun. I got to yell at a game and get a discount!

Best use of it would be Bowser's Inside Story. When you have those Mega Bowser boss fights, man. Those were badass.

 

all you have to do is put mouth mouth on the microphone and blow (blow AIR).

 

Well of course, it wouldn't have made much sense to code a yell detector, so it's based on the amount of noise (air) that goes into the mic. The more you yell, the more air will pass by the mic. Doing it any other way cheapens it, I think.

 

nintendogs uses the mic REALLY well, considering the limitations on the ds.
the game might get boring quick though.

But WarioWare!

Both of the Warioware DS games have awesome blowing in it. Its loads of fun PLUS you get loads of other Mini games to 'venture with.

As for Wariow ware for the DSiware, although its lacking a little its still in there and just as good as Wario Ware Touched.
