games not working

    i downloaded a few games ( like tamagotchi connection cornershop 3 ) and they are not working . i really donno why . a msg appear when it load until around 3/4 . the msg says that ; rom loading failed . load rom errcode=-7 . Please reset system . please help me thanks . ( im using DSTT w a SanDisk 2GB memory card w around 785MB used up )

    but i donno how to update ? and i dont even know wads a firmware ..
