Why cant I download Gamecube Games? And if its because of that ESA crap, that doesnt make any sense because gamecube games are hard to come by. So Downloading is the only way to get some.

I havent been on for awhile so I get thrown out of the loop.

it makes perfect sense. ESA demanded the removal of ALL games belonging to companies they represent, irrespective of platform.

He means legally, to buy them. Not to download them.

His point being that games which are no longer produced should have more lenient copyright laws. I personally agree, but the law makes no distinction about whether or not a copyright holder makes their intellectual property available for purchase. All it cares about is that they own it, and distributing it without permission is illegal.

In a way this makes sense, as eventually they might re-pack the games, look at the virtual console.

I can imagine in 3 years time a new nintendo console will have downloadable gamecube games, the ps3 and 360 have those already (and disc based varients).

It's just sad some classics do die...and they are illegal to download :(

If you want, you can try making a topic here. I'm sure someone may have the game.

True, even 15 year old psx games are re-released for download.
