I recently downloaded the No$GBA. Then I downloaded the Kirby Squeak Squad to test if the Emulator works.

I can't seem to work the rom, everytime I try to open the .nds file on the no$GBA it tells me the game had an error and tells me to turn off the power (As said on the DS version).

I tried re-seting the game, but it doesn't work...

    Anyone have any ides? :-\

I'm not sure, but I remember this game, and I think it worked.

    Try it. :)

EDIT: Yep, it works for me, it's the save type for sure, follow the guide, pay close attention to the configuration.

No, I mean, the game works. The problem is not followed by the emulator or the rom, its the GAME. The file is accepted, but the game itself says:

"DATA COULD NOT BE READ. TURN THE POWER OFF AND REINSERT GAME CARD. PRESS A TO TURN POWER OFF."

Just like it would be said on the actual DS system

you need to change the NDS backup media type in No$GBA options.

Yes, I know, to correct that, go to Options -> Emulator and put it like this:

Emulation speed, LCD refresh - realtime, auto

Sound output mode - digital stereo

    Reset/startup entrypoint

Sound desired sample rate - high (44 kHz) (best)

Video output - 24bit true color

    3d renderer - nocash

    Multiboot port - none/disabled

GBA mode - GBA SP (backlight)

    Multiboot normal/burst delays - fast/fast (best)

GBA cartridge backup media - auto

Number of emulated game boys - 1

NDS cartridge backup media - auto

Link gamepaks - gamepaks in all GBAs

Solar sensor level - bright sunlight.

    Link cable type - automatic

    It should be corrected. :)

And one more thing, I suppose you have downloaded you emulator from emulator-zone.com, right?

That's why I said "Follow the tutorial". I mean it, follow the tutorial: downloads are there, as well as configurations. www.emulator-zone.com has the old version of no$gba.

Download 2.6a which has the Auto option, search the forums for no$gba 2.6a.
