if I download a game with a japan anguage can i change it to english whren i reload the game or do I only download the games with the united state flag?
Download the ones with the US flag for english roms. You can't change from japanese. you need a patch for that The ones with the European flag have more languages to them along with english e.g Spanish, German, French and Italian
So when a rom has (U) it is a usa rom (J) Japanse (K) Korea (E) Europe (N) Netherlands that are all I know. Like Rock said you need a patch for getting from Japanse to English. Google is a good friend in that.
