Game connection LAG

    So...
    When im playing call of duty 4 online and someone else is using the same net connection it LAGS and it keeps saying "connection interrupted". Is there possibly any remedy for this? By changing the port which its being directed? Or using more powerful dongle? [wireless N]

    quality of service if your router supports it. Also use wired lan.

    Which console? Which router? How fast is your Internet? And who's providing your Internet?

    I had the same problem a while back too.

    i have a US robotics and around 1.3 MB/S internet with a belgian ISP

    Did you check your Internet Speed on www.speedtest.net?

    do a test on www.pingtest.com as well, speed isnt as relevant to online gaming as ping.
